Stavanger International Rotary Club
We are one of Stavangers Rotary Clubs and belong to the Rotary District 2250. SIRC was founded as the only English-speaking Rotary Club in Norway on February 11th, 1986. We are dedicated to RI's goals and try to give YOU the opportunity to get known to RI and its projects. Our members are from a variety of nations, including Norwegians, united under the RI umbrella and our club is the only English-speaking Rotary Club in Stavanger.
During our weekly Club meeting we promote friendship and common interests and plan a wide range of projects over the year to support RI work all over the world. Because we think it's worth the effort. Overall, the highest goal of RI is to eradicate POLIO. We are a long way down this path to achieve this goal, but there's still a lot of work to be done and so we are giving our best to contribute to the common effort of RI.
